Terms & Conditions


Consumers are legally entitled to return goods with proof of purchase and to receive a refund, exchange, or repair of the goods they bought:

• Had a fault that the buyer could not have known about when purchased;
• Were not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;

Consumers are not legally entitled to a refund if they:

• Change their mind;
• Purchased Cement products;
• Realise they can’t afford the item;
• Purchased second pavers;
• Found the item cheaper somewhere else; or
• Chose the wrong size, colour or type.

If customers ask for a refund, they should:

• provide details of the fault;
• provide proof of purchase;
• stop using the faulty goods until they can be returned; and
• look after the goods until they are returned.



Whilst all care has been taken to provide you with a good indication of colour, you should always sight product samples before use. Due to natural variations in Clay / Concrete / Natural Quarry Products and Stone products, Colours & Sizes may vary. Products may vary from image provided.



Alleged defects in the goods – must be notified before the products are incorporated in any construction.



May incur a 20% re-stocking fee.



Sorting of seconds is strictly prohibited, otherwise you will be charged at the first quality price.

Second pavers are described as having colour variations, cracks, bows and chips. You should allow 10% extra for breakages at time of purchase



Sandstone is approximate in size due to it being cut in a quarry location and as it comes from the earth constant colours are not available due to sandstone being randomly extracted from the ground.

Sandstone graded as B Grade sandstone is due to inaccurate sizing with imperfections including but not limited to chips, sizing issues, cracks and strength issues. Random sandstone is exactly that random including offcuts and sandstone with below B grade grading and items that are used as features.

Sunbrix take exceptional care in providing products that are free of weeds, seeds and stones but considering our products are natural and delivered in a semi open truck we cannot guarantee 100% free of any contaminants.

Soils are produced over a period of up to 8 weeks and are regularly screened and turned over to provide a consistent product of even quality. Should any lumps occur these are only due to wet & dry weather clumping the soil while it is in our bays awaiting delivery. Once soils are combined with other existing garden products no claim can be made.

Claims against the quality or consistency of our soils sands or mulches should be claimed at time of delivery not after installation.



Generally, deliveries are made to the front boundary only.

However, if the customer requested the delivery beyond the front boundary, then driver may determine whether the delivery can be done in a safe manner and the ground is stable for the truck to drive on and not too soft from rain or if the customer has watered the yard previous day/ same day as delivery, the driver can refuse to delivery product until it is safe to do so.

Sunbrix will take no responsibility for damage caused above or below ground if the customer still insists the driver to deliver the product beyond the front boundary.



  • Sunbrix welcome VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay, eftpos, Cash.

  • Eftpos or Cash on delivery can be arranged on delivery. No Amex or Diners accepted.

  • We will do Phone Payment (Credit card information is not kept)

  • Customer Credit Accounts are not available.

  • All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)



Will incur a $35 administration and handling fee.



Referrals do not constitute a guarantee of that contractor’s workmanship. You are advised to undertake your own checks and ensure the business carries the appropriate licences and insurance.
